Role and responsibility will include:

- Assisting co-workers with a variety of jobs including sanding, sealing, assembling cabinets, glue up, etc.
- General cleaning and organizing materials
- Applying and filing/sanding laminates and veneers.
- Reading and interpreting drawings to produce a quality product in an appropriate time frame.
- Using a variety of hand & power tools as needed, leading to training on large shop machines
- Lifting and moving material and finished millwork products
- Following shop safety standards always

The ideal candidate will:

- Respond well to feedback and be able to work with minimal supervision
- Have previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetmaking.
- Have experience with basic stationary power tools. (Table saws/planers/jointers)
- Have experience with basic hand power tools. (routers/drills/biscuit joiner)
