Job Description

Preparing and cooking meals based on restaurant menu
Maintain a clean kitchen space
Maintain stock and ensure proper inventory
Proven cooking experience, including experience as line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Position can be P/T or F/T depending on individual preference
Culinary School Diploma would be considered an asset
