Interested in cooking, but have little experience? We are ready to train!
Looking for someone to train under our Red Seal Chef Mark and his Sous Chef Chris.
Applicant must have a passion and a will for learning new things a good work ethic and a positive attitude. A basic knowledge of cooking would be an asset to start, but we will train to our level of standard.
Part time and Full time hours are available. Pay will be determined on experience going in, and adjusted after 3 month probation period.
Job duties include:
Prepping food items: cleaning, chopping, slicing, portioning
Cooking includes using: deep fryers, grill, panini press, gas range and rational oven.
Other: Working dish area, cleaning kitchen
A busy restaurant, means a fast paced work environment during peak business hours.
