Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scheduling of water treatment installs, service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• troubleshooting and investigating information to resolve customer complaints.
• Managing laboratory reports including chain of custody documents. Reporting to MOE including exceedances and annual reports.
• Serving walk-in customers. Database management.
• Heavy lifting (salt bags, bottled water, etc.).
Considered an asset:
• MECC Certification as Trained Person.
• MECC Operator in Training.
• MECC Limited Sub-system Operator.
• CWQA Certification.
• Previous experience with water treatment equipment, servicing or installing.
