Job Description

Looking for a team player with experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties will be to learn the various positions within the kitchen, prep, grill and dish area. Work quickly and show a desire to learn and succeed. Duties and Skills include but are not limited to.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome issues in the kitchen
A strong understanding of culinary procedures, trends, and standards
Exceptional knowledge of proteins and cooking temperatures
Set standards for kitchen cleanliness and ensure cleaning is done regularly
