We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial properties. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
-Install, repair, maintain, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, drains, and water supply systems.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
-Read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings, and specifications.
-Perform rough-ins, installations, renovations, and service work.
-Install and repair water heaters, pumps, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
-Complete preventative maintenance and identify potential plumbing problems before they become major issues.
-Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes and regulations.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
-Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
-Provide accurate information regarding required repairs, materials, and estimated completion times.
-Complete job documentation, invoices, and service reports as required.
-Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
