Zesty Shawarmaz is looking for a dependable, positive team member who takes pride in keeping a restaurant kitchen exceptionally clean. The main focus of this role is evening cleaning and deep cleaning, with backup support for food preparation and customer orders when needed. We are looking for someone who comes in ready to work, greets their team and brings a positive, professional attitude to each shift.

Duties
• Deep clean kitchen surfaces, counters, shelves, sinks and equipment
• Clean refrigerators, drawers, stainless-steel surfaces and storage areas
• Sweep and mop kitchen and restaurant floors
• Clean tables, chairs and washrooms
• Wash and put away dishes
• Remove garbage and keep work areas organized
• Restock sauces, ingredients, packaging and supplies
• Complete end-of-night food storage and closing tasks
• Operate the fryer and prepare fries and poutines as needed
• Assist with basic food preparation and customer orders during busy periods

Schedule
• Tuesday: 4:00 PM to 7:00PM/7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 4:00 PM to 7:00PM/7:30 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM to 7:00PM/7:30 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM to 7:00PM/8:00 PM
• Saturday: 4:00 PM to 7:00PM/7:30 PM
