Experience in all aspects of building maintenance (3+ years full time experience is preferred)
Some training in repair trades such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning would be an asset
Demonstrate understanding of the need for empathy when working with seniors
Demonstrated experience in managing a budget
Computer skills are required
Physical demands include: standing for long periods (up to 8 hors/day), maneuvering in tight spaces, pulling/pushing/reaching/bending/lifting/transferring weights up to 50 lbs independently

Responsibilities: Maintaining building and grounds in good operating conditions, ensuring suite readiness for new move-ins prior to move-in date, general repairs to buildings, equipment and furnishings
