| Job Description | A&B Ford is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer service experience—from scheduling appointments and vehicle intake through repair coordination, warranty processing, and final payment. As the primary liaison between our customers, technicians, dispatch, parts department, and other dealership teams, the Service Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the service department operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. |
