Position Title: General Labourer
Reports to: Head of Production

Looking for forces to join our growing team!
Optimal candidate(s) has/have some experience in construction (experience with light gauge steel [LGS] is and asset), a reliable vehicle, hard hat, steel toes and some basic hand tools. Power tools will be provided.

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will work under general direction of the Manufacturing Foreman in a large manufacturing facility. Labourers will carry out assigned tasks ensuring quality standards are met and have the knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the manufacturing.

Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role; must be punctual and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:
- Standing, kneeling and walking for long periods
- Operating manual and power tools
- General cleaning of facility
- Assist in the construction and manufacturing of multiple LGS products
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
- Adhere to occupational hazard and safety precautions

Job requirements:
- WHMIS certification, steel toe boots, and hard hat.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Own general tools an asset.

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time available
Salary: based on experience
