Job Description

Administrative Assistant with Finance Focus
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support in scanning and filing financial records from the past three years and managing and reconciling financial transactions related to corporate credit cards for the same period. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and some financial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks, including scanning and file management of historical financial records.
Process and ensure the accuracy of historical visa transactions with appropriate support and descriptions.
Work independently while maintaining effective communication with the team and external financial advisors to ensure the precision of the financial records.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Ideal Candidate:
Has a solid administration background, with experience in finance or accounting preferred.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills.
Maintains a high level of attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
Has strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Is proficient in MS Office tools and programs and has some knowledge and experience using QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications:
A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
At least 2-3 years of experience in financial administration is preferred.
Familiar with using OneDrive and Excel.
