| Job Description | Position Overview: 28-38hrs available weekly, standing and walking, engaging with customers regularly with positive and open demeanor. Barista experience is a bonus, but training is provided, being a coffee drinker is strongly preferred. Assisting the kitchen with dishes, running food, and keeping the Front of House clean and restocked, managing orders, while providing enthusiastic customer service makes for a dynamic role that is good for high energy folks who can easily switch tasks. Following food-handling protocol properly is a must, as is developing strong product knowledge, which is included in training. If the candidate has the experience or is able to take on further roles such as inventory/orders we are happy to train and compensate at a higher wage or salary. We offer paid breaks and small lunch, a weekly loaf of bread, as well as the opportunity to pay 50% into a benefits program after 6 months (covers dental, pharma, massage, chiro). |
