Job Description

We are looking for a reliable contractor to thoroughly clean our manufacturing facility in Arnprior once per week.

Time Commitment:
- Approximately 5 hours per visit (once per week)

Core Cleaning Tasks:
- Garbage removal
- Re-stocking of soap, bathroom tissue, and hand towels
- Surface cleaning and disinfecting
- Vacuuming and mopping

Areas to be Cleaned:
- Two (2) shop-floor bathrooms
- Two (2) bathrooms and change rooms in the transition area between shop and admin
- Floors in the transition area (sweeping and mopping)
- Cafeteria: counters, tables, and floors
- Two (2) admin bathrooms (full clean)
- Admin offices and open office area
- Lobby and vestibule

Rotational Deep Cleaning Tasks (biweekly):
- Indoor window cleaning
- Attention to baseboards and ceiling areas (e.g. spiderweb removal)
- Additional tasks as needed

Walk-throughs can be arranged to help interested contractors provide accurate quotes.
