Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our team. This position involves supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS) across Ontario. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, able to follow direction, and committed to safety and quality work.

This position also includes traveling across Ontario up to 2 weeks at a time. Travel costs are paid for by the company. You would be travelling with our technicians and helping them out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist RWIS technicians with installation and maintenance tasks
- Follow direction from Foreman and on-site team members
- Carry out duties independently when required
- Adhere to strict company Health & Safety policies
- Travel to various sites across Ontario for project work
- Provide regular operational feedback to management
- Work alongside contractors, tradespeople, and site representatives
- Assist with traffic control (training provided)
- Perform housekeeping and general site duties as required

Qualifications & Assets:
- Construction experience preferred
- Electronics and networking experience considered an asset
- Experience climbing and working on communications towers an asset
- Experience using aerial platform devices an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Health and Safety training (e.g., trenching and excavation, First Aid/CPR) is an asset
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Experience using power tools and working outdoors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Security Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal record check and driver’s abstract (must be insurable)

- Fast-paced environment
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physically demanding: bending, crouching, kneeling
