Seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time customer service and parts support role. This position involves a variety of tasks related to assisting customers and maintaining an organized and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities:
Answering in coming calls and gathering detailed information to understand and respond to customer needs.
Look up automotive parts using online and printed/digital catalogs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, and the right questions and sharing product knowledge..
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining organization.
Perform light to moderate lifting as required.
Help keep the location clean and presentable both inside and out.
