Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment, including graders, bulldozers, and loaders, to perform grading tasks on construction sites.
Pave surfaces and ensure proper drainage by adjusting the grade of the land.
Execute horizontal drilling as needed for utility installations.
Dig trenches and prepare sites for building foundations or other structures.
Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and minor repairs.
Collaborate with project managers and other crew members to meet project deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience

Proven 3 years experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with graders, bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders.

Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain accurate grading plans based on project specifications.
Experience in horizontal drilling techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
