Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct general repairs including carpentry, painting, and drywall work
- Respond to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Inspect building systems and identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to perform carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards is an asset
- Valid driver’s license may be required
