Renfrew County Bus Lines has been providing school transportation and charters since the 1940's. We have over 100 school vehicles operating from Kanata to Killaloe. We are seeking a 310T Technician at our Renfrew Location. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities
•Perform preventive and corrective mechanical work.
•Check buses for operational problems, investigate the cause and locate the source.
•Inspections, repairs and maintenance on school buses, mini-buses and mini-vans.
•Ability to diagnose and knowledge of diagnostic tools an asset.
• Complete mechanical maintenance reports and work orders.
• Prepare parts lists required to complete repairs.
• All related tasks.

• Have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Work without supervision, reliable, punctual, able to follow instructions

Requirements
•Knowledge of diesel mechanics.
•Valid 310T License, (along with a 310S Licence would be an asset but not required)
•Knowledge of hydraulic brakes.
•High school education or equivalent
•Valid “G” Drivers Licence
•Computer experience is an asset
•Basic set of hand tools; screw drivers, metric and SAE: wrenches & 3/8 & 1/2 socket set
