The Town of Arnprior is currently inviting students to apply for 2026 summer employment opportunities. There are a number of positions available over the summer months in various departments including Operations, Parks & Recreation, Community Services, Public Works, Client Services -Clerk’s Office, Marketing and Museum.

Eligibility
In order to qualify for a position, students must be:
• At least 16 years of age or older;
• Enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program on a full-time basis; and
• Returning to school on a full-time basis following their summer employment.
Conditional Requirements

Successful candidates who are 18 years of age or older may be required to obtain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) prior to commencement of employment for positions working with members of the public (all ages).

For positions with access to Town vehicles, the student must have a valid “G” driver’s license in good standing.

For Museum related summer employment, successful candidates may be required to create an account and submit their candidacy with Young Canada Works, before the summer employment begins.
