Arrowmech Plumbing is growing and we currently have career opportunities for One Journeyman Plumber and up to Three Plumbing Apprentices.

JOURNEYMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures
-Perform branch lines, rough-ins, valve replacements, bathtub replacements, and drain modifications
-Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete necessary repairs and maintenance
-Complete required documentation, including timesheets and plumbing service reports
-Follow established safety procedures and company standards
-Maintain clean and organized job sites

REQUIREMENTS:
-3–5 years of experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
-Completion of the plumbing apprenticeship program or Journeyman certification
-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate required tools and equipment
-Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
-Must be a team player and take pride in their work

PLUMBING APPRENTICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist journeyman plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other team members and leaders
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

REQUIREMENTS:
-1-3 years of experience is a must
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
- High school diploma or equivalent
