ELM Enterprises is growing and we are looking for an experienced, dependable and
conscientious excavator operator to become a valued member of our team. The work can be
challenging and the hours long but if you are honest, hard-working, dependable and have a
great attitude, we’d like to hear from you.
The work is full-time seasonal with the potential for year-round work.
References will be required.
Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and highly-skilled manner, while avoiding
preventable damage to equipment and property
• Safe operation of equipment in various operations, such as excavation and site prep,
septic system installation, demolition
• Daily inspection of vehicles before and after use and perform routine maintenance
and/or recommend for repair
Requirements:
• Clean drivers abstract
• Must have minimum five years’ experience operating an excavator
• Experience operating a Roto Tilt
• Loader, dozer and other heavy equipment experience
• Experience in floating heavy equipment
• Strong commitment towards safety in the workplace
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, long days, some Saturdays
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
