Job Description

Laborers are responsible for a wide range of physical and support tasks, including:
-Loading and unloading materials such as construction supplies, equipment, and raw materials to ensure smooth workflow on site.
-Site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris, organizing workspaces, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
-Assisting skilled tradespeople like electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and equipment operators by providing materials, holding tools, or performing preparatory work.
-Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including drills, saws, jackhammers, and cement mixers.
-Construction support tasks, such as assembling and disassembling scaffolding, ramps, braces, or temporary structures, and assisting in concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing.
-Waste and environmental management, including proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and implementing pro-green practices.
