Wage: $22.00–$33.00 per hour (based on experience)

No experience? No problem! We are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building, preparing, pouring, and stripping concrete foundation walls and footings.
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for concrete forms.
- Operating power tools, including circular saws, quick-cut saws, and drills.
- Assisting with concrete pouring and general job site preparation.
- Working alongside crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.

What We're Looking For
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, or a willingness to learn.
- Physically capable of performing hands-on construction work in an outdoor environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Ottawa South for the start of the workday.
- Experience with Duraform concrete forming systems is an asset, but not required.

Hourly Pay
$22.00/hour: Entry-level applicants with no previous experience.
Up to $33.00/hour: Experienced construction and concrete forming workers.
