About the Position

Roadhouse 17 is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic server to join our team. We are looking for someone who provides great customer service, works well during busy periods, and is comfortable helping wherever needed.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and drink orders accurately.
Enter orders into the POS system.
Serve meals and beverages promptly.
Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Check on customers and address requests or concerns.
Clear, clean, and reset tables.
Keep the dining room, server station, and customer areas clean and organized.
Restock beverages, condiments, takeout supplies, and other service items.
Prepare and package takeout orders when required.
Answer the restaurant phone and take customer orders or reservations.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen during service.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
Help other team members when the restaurant gets busy.
