| Job Description | Provide support to individual with high level spinal cord injury. Must be able to complete digital bowel stimulation and range of motion exercises. Must be physically able to use ceiling lift to complete transfers and to reposition person in wheelchair. Aide will provide personal support for daily morning routine, make light breakfast and lunch and complete light housekeeping duties e.g dishes. Hired candidate is placed on payroll and all appropriate EI, CPP and tax contributions are made. PSW certification is not required however, experience preferred. Training is provided. |
