Our key technologies—including Geotube^ dewatering, Bishop BioCord “ Reactors, CIariPhos^, and proprietary chemical feed systems—help municipal, industrial, and agricultural clients solve complex treatment challenges affordably while protecting the environment.
We integrate our own technologies with standard industry-proven methods and provide complete project delivery for a wide range of water and sludge treatment applications, working collaboratively with owners, consulting engineers, and general contractors across Canada.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in Arnprior, Ontario. You will be embedded in our Project Coordinator team and will support your team leads in delivering successful projects. This role involves close collaboration with our project management leads and internal subject matter experts, contributing to everything from resource scheduling to documentation, data analysis, and field support.

You will play an integral role in helping us deliver high-quality, innovative projects that make a measurable impact on water management in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project schedules, equipment, staffing, and logistics with team leads
• Support technical documentation, data tabulation, and project reporting
• Contribute to technical proposal development and treatment system designs
• Assist with creating and modifying AutoCAD drawings
o AutoCAD experience is beneficial but not required—training may be provided
• Help track timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Assist with procurement processes (e.g., purchase orders, contracts, change orders)
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for function and accuracy
• Monitor risks and support health & safety planning and documentation
• Help resolve potential project blockers and workflow challenges
• Ensure consistent adherence to Bishop Water's safety policies and procedures
o Assist with the development and review of project specific Health & Safety documentation in alignment with Bishop Water's safety manual.

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Collaborative team mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with project risk management and QA/QC concepts
Education & Experience
• Post-secondary education in environmental, civil, mechanical, or chemical engineering; environmental science; or project management
• Knowledge of flocculants, coagulants, and their use in sludge, sediment, or tailings treatment
• Understanding of biological wastewater treatment technologies
• Engineering or field project coordination experience (civil/mechanical/environmental)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Occupational First Aid - Level 1 (or equivalent)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
• Primarily office-based in Arnprior, Ontario
• Occasional travel to job sites may be required
• Must be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
• Some evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines
