We are looking to recruit an energetic, talented, self-motivated, Customer Service Advisor in a fast-growing service department!

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Commitment to delivering value to the customer with excellent customer service
• Responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Excellent experience with active listening and accommodating customer needs
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information to customers
• Arranging/Booking appointments
• Writing Repair Work-Orders
• Following up with customers, strong communication skills
• Recommending vehicle repairs to customers
• Co-ordinate Shuttle pick-ups/drop offs
• Explaining work completed and invoiced

What We Look For:
• Previous service advisor experience, but will train
• Knowledge of automotive technical repairs prefered
• Self Starter with strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Team Player with strong communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and support
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,214.01-$87,683.45 per year
