Job Description

Zen Interior Design and Renovation is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in interior design, renovations, or related trades, who also excels in administrative coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and set appointments to keep workflows on track and meet deadlines
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence while prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining professional communication
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both digital and physical formats for efficient access
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets by compiling and formatting data professionally
- Order office supplies, track inventory, and coordinate basic equipment maintenance to ensure a well-stocked, efficient workspace
- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking by accurately recording transactions and reconciling reports
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff to relay information, schedule appointments, and support business operations
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information and financial records
