Job Description

We’re Hiring: Jewel of a Manager
We’re looking for a one-of-a-kind human to lead our charming little jewellery studio as our Jewel of a Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves people, keeps things organized, and believes in the magic of handmade.

You’ll be our daily go-to: keeping the studio running smoothly, our small team feeling supported, and our wonderful customers feeling seen, heard, and sparkly.

What You Bring:
• You’re friendly, thoughtful, and a natural decision-maker.
• You’re organized and love a good list (bonus points if you check things off with a flourish).
• You enjoy being around creativity—even if you’re not a jeweller, you’re curious and ready to learn.
• You have solid fine motor skills and good eyesight—you notice details and care about precision.
• You’re comfy with simple tech tools like Facebook, Square, and maybe even Instagram Reels.
• You believe in community, connection, and cheering on local (especially here in Arnprior).
• You can tolerate (and ideally contribute to) punny humour—because we're Swifties at heart and wordplay is our love language.

Details:
15-20 hours per week for training (4 weeks) and then 20-30 hours per week after training. This position will include weekday hours and select weekend shifts (especially during holiday buzz or special events). Weekends are part of the rhythm of brick-and-mortar life—but so is rest. We aim for balance with two weekends off each month, coordinated with the owner.

Paid training included and competitive hourly wage offered.
