You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment preparing high-quality dishes from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Responsibilities include station setup, prepping ingredients, cooking to order, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring consistent presentation and quality. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a love for seasonal cooking are essential. Experience in scratch kitchens or farm-to-table dining is a strong asset. |
