Duties
Operate grading machinery, including graders, to achieve desired surface levels and grades.
Collaborate with other equipment operators and construction personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform routine maintenance checks on grading equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in the setup and removal of construction site barriers and signage as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any equipment issues.
Skills

Proficient in grader operation with experience in heavy equipment operation.
Knowledge of mechanical systems related to grading machinery.
Familiarity with additional equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and horizontal drilling machines is preferred.
Experience in commercial driving is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction processes and paving techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
