Description:
Our busy, fast-paced kitchen is looking for a mature, self-motivated Dishwasher to join our hardworking team. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, is reliable, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen area
Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
Empty trash bins as needed
Assist with cleaning duties throughout the shift and at closing time
Operate and clean deep fryers as directed
Support kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks when required
Put away and organize incoming inventory
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

Requirements:
Must be available to work evenings, including weekends
Must be able to work until 10:00 PM, as the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for long periods, lifting, bending)
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is an asset, but not required
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
