Position Overview:
The Kitchen Prep Cook supports daily food preparation by handling dough, meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients in accordance with the Daily Prep List and company standards. This role ensures food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to all health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and food items using a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and prep checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
- Report shortages or equipment issues to the Manager.
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with pizza, grill, and deep fryer operations.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
- Knowledge of food safety, preparation standards, and kitchen procedures.
