The Director of Wellness will be responsible for:
· Leading the clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services
· Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible
· Lead for infection prevention and control practices
· Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support career growth
· Enthusiastic participation in sales, community and recreation activities
· Compliance with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities
· Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
· Manage care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to budget
· Prompt resolution of residents and family concerns
· Performing other duties as assigned

Must haves:
· Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO
· 3+ years in a leadership role

· Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent written/oral communication skills
