ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The PACE (Prepare. Achieve. Connect. Employ.) Program is designed to assist youth (18+) with higher support needs and persons with disabilities in developing essential life and workplace skills. Through one-on-one guidance, hands-on workshops, and individualized goal setting, participants complete 20 hours of employment readiness workshops and activities in a supportive, flexible learning environment.
