Job Description

Antrim Truck Stop is seeking a candidate that understands the value of genuine hospitality. To be successful in this role you will require cooking experience in a similar, fast paced environment. You must be able to work independently and in a rotating team environment who offer different skills and personalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to
Prepare menu items
Cut, peel and chop ingredients
Take direction from lead line
Maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen including deep fryers
Complete daily checklists
Stock and rotate product as needed
Receive and put orders away
Communicate with FOH as needed

SCHEDULE
32+ hours per week
Schedule will be dependent on the business needs.
Hours of operation are 5am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
Weekends and Holidays are required.

SALARY
To be discussed. $18-21/hour
Plus, cash tip out system (following 3-month probation)
