AHS Renovations inc. is a growing residential renovation company focused on quality workmanship, attention to detail, and reliable service. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, decks, framing, and custom carpentry projects.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated carpenter/ renovator to join our team. You will be working on a variety of residential renovation projects, both independently and alongside a small crew.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone with the required experience, someone who shows up consistently, and wants to be part of a growing company.

Responsibilities

Perform residential renovation work including framing, drywall, trim, and finishing
Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients on site
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
Qualifications

Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of site plans, punch lists, and renovations processes.
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Own basic hand tools (preferred)
2+ years experience in carpentry/ renovations work.
A valid G class license
Proficiency in using power tools required to complete projects.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in residential environments.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Preferred

Experience with tiling, flooring, or cabinetry
Ability to read plans and layouts
Experience in customer-facing roles / team leadership
