This job requires, attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to look outside the box. We need teamwork, dedication, reliability, clean, honest and willing to take direction and follow through. Training is a process and takes time and questions, if you can't ask questions, this isn't the job for you. You must have the willingness to do every job in the building as we are a team and everyone helps everyone. We are very fast paced at times and then seasonally there is a lot of down time where cleaning, sorting and fact checking happens. We need someone who wants to come to work everyday, positivity is a must here!!
The job requires computer skills, able to listen and working with numbers. The job is different everyday, although it is the same in many ways. You have to put stock away daily, you answer phones, you attend to customers at your counter, assist in picking parts to fill orders, take orders over the phone, search parts to fulfill orders required, counting inventory, keep shelves stocked, and numerous other duties that we all share. You need a drivers abstract with you when you bring in your resume
