Position Overview

ELECTEC Building Wiring Systems is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Wire and Harness Assemblers. No previous experience is required—training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for either full-time or part-time employment in a stable and growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Assemble wire harnesses and electrical cable assemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires using hand tools and assembly equipment.
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow production schedules and established procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
No experience necessary; training provided.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
