PART-TIME HOTEL MAINTENANCE
Hours: 24–32 hours per week
Salary: Based on experience
Weekend Work: May be required
We are currently seeking a hard-working, reliable, and versatile Maintenance Person to join our hotel team.
Experience in hotel or apartment maintenance is an asset, but we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
General cleaning and upkeep of the property
General repairs and maintenance
Basic electrical knowledge and minor repair (limited)
Basic plumbing knowledge and repairs
Troubleshooting and addressing maintenance issues
Assisting with a variety of property maintenance needs
Other duties as required — responsibilities are not limited to one specific area
Qualifications:
• Previous hotel, apartment, building, or general maintenance experience is an asset
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable, dependable, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Availability to work weekends when required
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
