Part-Time Dishwasher

Schedule: Friday and Saturday evenings, plus one midweek shift
Hours: Approximately 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (some flexibility required)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our restaurant team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area
- Sort, stack, and properly store clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Empty garbage and recycling regularly
- Ensure clean dishes and utensils are readily available for kitchen staff
- Follow all food safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks

Availability Requirements
- Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings
- Must be available for one additional midweek evening shift
- Shifts are generally 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, depending on restaurant needs
- Approximately 15 hours per week, with some flexibility required
