Valley Roots Butcher Shop, Deli & Catering in Arnprior is growing, and we’re looking to add to our team!

We are currently hiring for a part-time Supervisor.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Serving customers and being the friendly face of Valley Roots
• Food prep and cooking
• Cleaning and organizing
• Cash handling
• Delegating
• Placing business orders and completing business operation tasks
• Executing procedures and expectations

• Leadership ability/experience

Candidates with the following training or certifications will be considered strong assets:
• Food Handler’s Certificate (Mandatory Certification)
• Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps
• Workplace Violence and Harassment Training
• WHMIS Certification
• AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) Training

Open availability (including availability to work on holidays) is preferred. We're open 7 days a week.
Hours/week will vary depending on the week and season.
This role will be a minimum of 12 hours/week to maximum 40 hours/week.
