Prepare basements prior to subtrade concrete pours, ensuring surfaces and materials meet project requirements.
Ensure basement stone is raked level and set to the proper height, following job scope details and customer specifications.
Install poly, bond break, acoustic tape, and other materials as required by job scope and site instructions.
Perform minor concrete repairs and assist with formwork, following direction from the supervisor or team lead.
Load, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for daily tasks.
Grout beam pockets and complete other assigned tasks to support site preparation and structural requirements.
Cut basements, garages, and porches as directed by the supervisor to prepare for concrete placement and finishing.
Assist with pouring and finishing SCC (self‑consolidating concrete) and other concrete products as required.
Follow direction from the team lead, supervisor, and coordinator, seeking clarification to ensure accuracy and quality.
Adhere to all company health and safety policies and safe work procedures, reporting hazards or concerns promptly.
Participate in daily safety tailgates, vehicle inspections, and other safety‑related activities required by management.
