Solid Move Concrete is looking for reliable, hardworking concrete labourers to join our team.

Successful candidates will assist with a variety of concrete constructions projects, including footings, foundations walls, porches, flatwork and other concrete work. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, physically capable and willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.

Previous concrete or construction experience is an asset; however, we are so willing to consider motivated individuals who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with forming, pouring and stripping concrete.
- Assist with footings, walls, porches and flatwork
- Carry, move, and organize forms, materials, tools and equipment
- Prepare job sites for concrete work
- Assist experienced crew members with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow company health and safety policies and site-specific safety requirements
- Perform other general construction duties as required.

Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from site
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying construction materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous concrete or construction experience is considered an asset

Required Tools & PPE:
Applicants must have their own basic tools and PPE, including:
- Hammer
- Tape measure
- Tool belt
- Steel toe work boots
-High visibility shirts or vest

We will provide your hard hat.
