Wet Basement Solutions is looking for a Field Operations Technician to join our growing field team.

This is a hands-on construction role supporting residential basement waterproofing and foundation repair projects throughout the Ottawa area. You’ll work alongside experienced crew leaders and receive on-the-job training in waterproofing systems, foundation repairs, drainage, sump systems and related construction work.

Responsibilities include: assisting with job-site setup and cleanup; excavation and material handling; installation of waterproofing and drainage systems; operating hand and power tools; loading/unloading vehicles and materials; maintaining a clean and safe work site; and supporting the crew wherever needed to complete projects safely, efficiently and to WBS standards.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, physically capable and willing to learn. Previous construction or landscaping experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, performing physically demanding work and lifting 50+ lbs.
