Job Description

Leaps & Bounds Children's Centre is a licensed, non-profit child care centre with 3 locations in
Arnprior and Renfrew and 2 new centres opening in Pembroke. The Pembroke location is in a
brand new building located beside Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School on Clemow Avenue
in Pembroke. The Explorers' Treehouse location is based out of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic
School.

We require a part-time teacher's assistant working 15 hours per week, 3 hours a day,
Monday to Friday in our Explorer's Treehouse location.
The rate of pay is $19.73 per hour
Hours would be 6:30-9:30AM
Hours may qualify for 2.00 WEG (wage enhancement)

Key responsibilities:
-Opening the centre each day for children and families
-Helping prepare learning environments for the day
-setting up activities
-providing pre-prepared morning snack to children
- Follow CCEYA and HDLH
-helping transition children to school

Must have First Aid and CPR-Level C.
Must provide a clear Criminal Reference Check.
