NOW HIRING - SNOW SHOVELING CREW MEMBER
2026-2027 Winter Season

Burns Landscape and Excavation is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to lead our snow shoveling crew for the upcoming 2026-2027 snow season.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, can take initiative and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

The Role

Lead and work alongside our snow shoveling crew
Complete snow removal and shoveling duties at all assigned properties
Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Complete all required report forms associated with snow removal
Work flexible hours based on weather and snowfall - including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays when required
Work safely in winter conditions

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Physically capable of performing the job
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable and dependable
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Flexible availability during snow events and changing weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Previous snow removal experience is an assest, but not required

Potential for long-term employment! For the right person, this position could continue beyond this winter season into our 2027 lawn care, landscape and excavation season, providing an opportunity for year-round employment.
