About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Overnight General Facility Cleaner to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within a retail environment after store hours. This position requires someone who can work independently to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain washrooms, lunchrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas according to established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment including auto scrubbers (training provided).
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as floor waxing and carpet cleaning.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial work is an asset (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions carefully.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time, including extensive walking throughout the shift.
• Steel-toed footwear required.
• A clear criminal record check is mandatory.
