This full-time position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program and The Circle of Turtle Lodge, our parent organization.
The client service clerk jobs tasks include: • Serving as a contact point between visitors and the organization; Coordinating, participating, and promoting local events and activities while sharing information through social media channels and/or other communication platforms; Communicating all matters of importance to appropriate members of the organization in an accurate and timely fashion; • Manifesting superior personal integrity, an awareness, and adherence to high standards of ethical behavior; Communicating professionally with others while simultaneously building credibility and rapport; Setting realistic, specific goals and objectives; prioritizing objectives and monitoring related activity Compliance with organizational values and statement of confidentiality • All other duties as may be required and/or assigned.
