As a Parts & Service Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the smooth daily operations of both departments. You’ll be hands-on, supporting your team, managing priorities, optimizing parts sales and shop capacity, all while ensuring every client receives an ABOVE & BEYOND experience.
You’ll actively contribute to inventory control, team coordination, and fast issue resolution. You’ll also take part in welcoming, training, and developing your team members, making sure everyone understands their role and feels empowered to do their best.

• Experience as a technical advisor (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset.
• A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.
• Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role.
• Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
